Worst bathroom I've ever seen was the warehouse bathroom at my old job. The warehouse guys would take huge dumps and use too much paper which would result in a clogged up toilet. Pair that with it being in a 90 degree warehouse in the summer......I walked in there to pee one time and there were hundreds of maggots crawling around in the toilet eating backed up chit.
