Wondering how many of you turkey killas treat your hunting garb with Permethrin? If so, have you ever had any sensitivities to it? Itching, burning, bugs on skin sensation, that kind of stuff...
Friday, I picked up a gay tick that was just a little too interested in the shaftous region of my male genitalia. That's a no-go region for bugs. So, I went to the Co-Op and picked some up and have my duds soaking in a 0.05% solution of it now. Everything I've read says to let it air dry, so I hope it's done by tomorrow morning.
While I was in the military, our cammies were treated with Permethrin from the factory and it did a good job as I never once had a tick on me in over 8 months Quantico, VA - most of it in the summertime.
