A buddy on mine brought me his rifle to remount a scope for him. I wanted to use talley lightweights on it.
I believe it is a Mauser 98.
I’ll include a few pics to help ID it and the rings I was going to use.
I will be mounting a Trijicon 2.5-10x56 30mm tube.
I believe the the medium rings should do the trick and keep it low.
I could go the easy and cheaper route and just get new Leupold rings and throw on the base, but I wanted to do it how I would if it were mine. Thanks
