I was staying at the Beau Rivage earlier this week on business and I was just not in the mood for one of the fancier restaurants on that night and decided on just hitting up the buffet there. It was actually quite good for a buffet. Apparently what a lot of the geriatrics is get a take-out container for the two of them and go back to the room and split it.

The whole place kind of bums me out. Seeing old people with oxygen tanks and walkers gambling like staying at a place like the Beau Rivage is retirement they have worked their whole lives for. To each his own, but it's just kind of a depressing place. I stay there sometimes on business, because it's inexpensive and the food it good and I can have a drink or two and don't have to worry about driving anywhere.


Eaten there probably hundred times, and me and my family has sho nuff won some coin there 😉
