I may need a couple of members for a lease in south central chilton county. Trying to get details worked out now but it will be a little over 500 acres decent genetics in the area with some really big deer around. I may keep my perry cnty lease and put it with the land making it 700 acres in two tracts. It will be a managed lease shooting older bucks probably set on criteria. Probably $12-1500 a member if both properties are kept with either 4 or 5 members. Children will have different rules but aren’t allowed to abuse it. Nothing is set in stone yet just getting feelers out early to find a couple of good people. Right now there are two of us so we would need 2-3 more people. We would want members who are going to put in the work like we are to make it better not those who want to show up and hunt without lifting a finger. If you are interested let me know.
