Decent attorney should be able to help this guy. I know the internet is outraged by his shot, but I can see a case for acquittal. He may not have seen the boaters, and the boaters weren’t even in the line of Fire. Reckless endangerment is a broad statue. He need a good lawyer so he don’t go to jail not get off
