Look online at RDH Outdoors. He does exactly what is mentioned above by buying big implements and cutting them down to "food plot" size. The stuff he sells is top of the line after he finishes with them. I just bought a JD 7100 max emerge no till 2 row planter from him with dry fertilizer attachment. Guy does this in Batesville, MS too. I've bought 2 from him so far. A 2 row and a 4 row. He advertises on CL and he's legit.
