I’ve never have had a problem with it this year. Also the rest stops I stop at work fine. The port in Mobile and hundreds of other things that the state does work well. What other kind of state things aren’t working well for you? Our computers and phones, which are VOIP, are constantly out of service.
"Cull" is just another four letter word...
