If you are wanting to keep the land then you need to replant, clear it for pasture land, or crop land. For me location would have a lot to do with the second option. This depending on where the land is located and if there is decent access/utilities available. 100 acres would bring a hefty penny 20 years from now if its suitable for housing development. In the mean time clear it, put it in pasture or row crop amd rent it out or buy you some cows.
