What doesn't come out a lot when folks compare the success at Alabama with Saban against the more recent success of Clemson with Swinney is that over the last 10 years Nick has lost something like 20 assistant coaches to better positions at other colleges and Dabo has only lost something like 3.

It would be interesting to see how well Dabo would have done or can do if he starts losing coaches at that rate. I honestly believe that kind of turnover rate would be devastating to any other program under any other head coach.

If there's anything that Saban is growing weary of it's the constant turnover in his staff. That has to wear even the most stoic person.
