CAB is appointed by the Governor and is not always in alignment with the ideaology of the Biologists.
keep this FACT in yer front pocket for any future reference about the CAB. Not only are they not always "in alignment" with the biologists, the CAB can pass its own regulations over the objections of the biologists. I agree,buddy. I feel that change was for the worse.......really de-valued the efforts of the Depts Biologists and created an entirely Political Platforn for decision-making.
