Would you consider a game warden flying over your lease in a plane a couple hundred feet off the ground several days a week to be harassment. I mean flying in circles and you can't hear anything but engine noise for awhile. This is going on on Coffee Co to several didn't clubs I know of. How about the same game warden ticketing club members he spotted from the plane on a fire break on their property because he said it wasn't theirs? Called the warden on th ground and told him to write them up. Guys explained they had the fire lane put in back in the 1990's. GW on ground said he was told to cite them and to take it to court they could probably beat it!
