Several times the first time they sent a scope before I even sent mine back binos were upgraded to the next level the last time I used it
That is what bothers me about Vortex, you see 10,000 post about how good their customer service is, from people who have actually had to use it.
I have several Vortex products, and am happy with them, but prefer to buy stuff with no intention of ever finding out how good the companies customer service is.
