My dad just purchased 35 acres in Franklin county this week for 17,500 It had recently been clearcut, but for 500$ an acre he couldn't pass it up. Plus its loaded with deer. We'll buy all we can like that at that price. Better investment than money in the bank. B
I can't stand a thief.
