It's going to be sad when he gets a 1099-misc at year's end, and owes the IRS $15k for that "free" truck. Casinos, sweepstakes, lotteries, etc all then to do that, but companies who are truly charitable often give you enough money to cover the taxes too. That money is taxable too. I'm sure they'll "buy" the burnt one from him. Anyways, who cares. I'd pay $15k for a brand new $50k dollar truck.
