If those problems were "Benelli Click" issues, that is predominantly a user error issue, not a gun issue.
Yep, almost every "benelli click" issue I have ever seen come in the shop was guys who were turkey hunting and easing the bolt down on the shell instead of letting it slam and seat properly. Exactly.....hit the release and let it slam a shell home, then leave it alone.
