It amazes me how many folk never understood that our bodies are the heater and all we have to do is regulate its loss and fuel it.
The most effective way I have found to keep warm is a good insulated beanie cap and a neck gaiter. Neck gaiters are great. I've got a drake beanie cap that will flat out burn me up, I can't hardly wear the damn thing even in single digit temps. lol I have the same beanie cap. Only put it on once I get in my stand and it's well below freezing.
