Did you pop it open and check the fuses inside? Probably blew a fuse This. If it's not a fuse the dual pro are not throw away units (well mine isn't) they can be fixed..... Fuses are good. That was first thing I checked. This unit I have would cost more in shipping & repair than it is worth. Also, I do not think they support ones as old as mine. 10/4. If you were closer, i have a buddy that repairs chargers and trolling motors
