Hard to beat a Maglite 2-D cell LED with a belt holster to carry it in. Shopping strictly the numbers that is a terrible value. 23oz(HEAVY) 168 lumens(WEAK) $27(Not bad) http://www.maglite.com/shop/maglite-2-cell-d-led-flashlight.htmlYou can something that is way more powerful, weighs 75% less, multiple intensity settings, fits in a pocket for similar money. They make good batons though!
