I’m smoking a little shoulder. Gonna have boiled peanuts, cucumber rolled sushi rolls, and zucchini fries with a home made marinara.

For the shoulder, first I slather it in yellow mustard (does not affect taste, I feel it helps make the meat more tender and juicy)
