The boudin is awesome (actually everything is), but it's a little pricey. I got a whole deer in Cajun breakfast sausage and boudin. It was 250.00, but came out to about 5.00 a pack. I'd advise splitting a deer with someone. I'd never had boudin before. It's really good and not the least bit spicey. He does lunch loafs and meatloaf that's awesome. One of the cleanest, most professional places I've ever been to. He's a trip to talk to.
