Man, this guy is good! He is a master butcher from South Africa. Place is located in Millport, AL. A customer of mine gave me some stuff of his to try, sweet heat smoked sausage, jalapeño cheddar summer sausage, Philly cheesesteak sausag, maple bacon sausage, boudin(yes deer boudin), and some type of burger.

Sweet heat was ok, summer sausage was really good, Philly cheesesteak was AMAZING! Haven’t tried the other yet. I will update as I try it
