A little FYI for some people that MAY not know. I like to A) Measure well B) cement poles in the ground (let dry) C) set the house on the poles with a front end loader before they're braced. That way you can make sure the poles are in the corners good and even lag bolt them in place. D) brace the house and build your ladder
