I think Arkansas is making a big mistake by limiting opportunities to non-residents. I figure that will put a decent dent in their economy when folks go elsewhere to hunt. You can either take the revenue or let the locals have the public ground, but you can’t have both.


I don't know man, lots of trucks head west for duck season from the SE, so if you limit it, they'll just head west at a different time..

Most of those are headed to private ground anyway, which isn't part of this.
