Truth.
I was at one of them. Alabama drove down to the goal line right before the half and John Parker Wilson tried to run over two State Linebackers at the goal line which didn't end well for him. He jumped up and called timeout and then on the next play threw a 99 yard pick six. I just left after that and went and hung out on the quad with some buddies.
I remember that very clearly. I was stationed in Hawaii and was up at 5:00am to watch the game.... I prettt sure I was drunk and back asleep by 8:00. That was definitely some rough times to be a Bama fan.
