I don't know why, but any sort of suction call sounds better from a distance, more so than other type calls. ya, was gonna make this exact comment ... up close on a camera, inside, all calls sounds harsher than outside ... sounds really good to my ears, Steve The worst calling, I ever heard, turned out to be a real hen. A live turkey could never win a turkey calling contest.
