so ... wanted something quick last nite - dropped into Publix & bought a package of wings ... not realizing it was the wings & drums together (not really what i wanted) ... oh well, dusted them with a dry rub & put 'em in the fridge while i got a full chimney of charcoal going & prepared my Slow-N-Sear & Weber grill for the cook ... dropped 'em on the grate & ran the temp up to 375 for 40 minutes, and then opened the vents wide open & got the grill over 400 deg for another 10-15 minutes .... 50-60 min total cook time ... the skins were crispy & crunchy & the chicken was perfectly cooked ... i really like fried wings, but smoked wings ain't too shabby either!
