Some folks need/want them for pushing limits. Got a buddy carrying a .375 to 3100 yards. I can only get ~ 2000 out of my setup. Need to put on a 40 min. base to go further.
I'd like to see a 3.5-30 or 35 x56 myself. My goodness. What size target and what caliber are you using for 2,000?
