So was Chuck, in all his infinite wisdom, saying that we can shoot any panther we see in AL since the state doesnt recognize them, or did he officially open the season on JUST the black ones????????
What happens if it's late in the afternoon and you shoot a tan one that is kind of in the shadows and appears black at a distance. You get a free Chucky pass on that one too??? Yes he said it's open season on all black "panthers". He can say this because there has never been record of a black panther in the history of science. There are black jaguars, leopards...... but not panthers. It is NOT open season on tan/brown panthers, cougars, mountain lions, or pumas
