I'm telling you, I'm the absolute worst on memory. I know this farm in talking about was the first i heard of and knowing the people, was able to keep up with what they were doing. This farm is part of Gray Rocks Ranch now for those in the cattle business. They had a biologist, not sure if he was state of not. They started out shooting spikes and does. In a couple of years all they could see on food plots were bunches of small rack bucks. The does seemed to stay on the neighbors property because come the rut, they killed some bucks bucks. But they stuck with the program, minus the spikes which only lasted a couple of years. They never where pleased with the results and had the proof. They had bigger bucks prior to the program looking at racks before and after.
