I think stoned drivers are the main reason for minimum speed limits on the interstate.

I got a dui like that once about 2am when I was about 20 fell asleep at the stop sign foot on the brake woke up with a cop checking my pulse when he asked what I was doing said I must have dozed off waiting on light to turn green I been up since 5 in the morning. I just went ahead and got out put my hands behind my back and shut up at that point.
