So while Irish Jr. and I were piddlin' with our cars after early service this morning, Mrs. Irish was busy in the kitchen... Whipped eggs and cream Fresh baby spinach Smoked diced ham Diced sweet onions Grape tomatoes Aged Swiss cheese All wrapped in a perfectly cooked omelette. Good to see that she's finally learning to cook...
