Talked with one of the ALFA lobbyist and he said the same Senators who have always been opposed are still opposed. He thinks it still has an uphill battle to pass this year. I emailed one of the Legislators yesterday and got this response, "I think it will be on the floor of the Senate this week and it stands a very good chance of passing."
