Don’t sweat the small stuff. In the end, it’s ALL small stuff.
With regards to marriage. Keep the “we” ahead of the “me”.
Start putting the maximum allowed into a 401K as soon as you start your working career. Do it NOW while you aren’t used to making any money and won’t miss it. Do this until you retire and you will be able to have a very nice retirement. Add to this, stay out of debt as much as possible. Shiny new vehicles and such eventually lose their shine and newness so don’t waste your money on them.
