That was a red light special!! We have 14 parties that are interested in seeing the property. This is some very special property, spent a day on it. Wasn't, leased or in a club last year....It's sweet. That said if you are interested in the property after we set up a look see, I will honor that price, but I expect the club memberships to go higher. We also discovered some pretty bad roads that are going to require some work, and whoever was there before tool all the stands with them. It is a beautiful piece of property.
