Well, to begin with....I make well over 1/2 that at my base pay now. And, I get OT and Bonuses....not to mention GREAT benefits.
BUT, we do our own deer.

On the time, if you were only doing 1 deer, and fully claiming all of the edible meat, it would take an hour of handling, cutting, cubing, grinding, packaging and stacking for freezer to do one right. But, I agree that by doing batches, it is a LOT faster. Which is one of the reasons why you do not get your own meat back and it is a mix of all the others....just like my post said.

I am not arguing. No need to. I am very familiar with the business.
