The timing is not right. Meaning the string that triggers the rest is not tight enough or to tight . When you draw back you should see the rest pick up just a little right at the end of the draw cycle. If it picks up to soon it will not be out of the way when the fletchings get there. If it's not picking up at all then the rest is not set to drop causing the fletchings to hit. Either way you're gonna need a new launcher arm. Thanks sluggun. This is the rest that came with the bow new, so hopefully they will cover it under warranty and it won't be an ordeal to get repaired. BTW this is the Bowtech Carbon Icon DLX model.
