I believe it's 2,750 kernels, but only for properties over 500 acres. Anything under 500 acres is 15 kernels per native flora species per hectare, unless married filing jointly, in which case it gets a little complicated and the CKQ (consolidated kernel quota) is determined by relative humidity, community service involvement, inflation rates, etc.

You forgot the part about installing a hygrometer to each corn feeder to monitor humidity.
