Every time I see someone texting and driving (which is all the time in Birmingham) I always want to lay on the horn, but figure it will cause a wreck. If my wife is driving I'll have the windows down, if someone is texting and their windows are down too I'll scream "STOP TEXTING AND DRIVING". I usually just get cussed out. Jono, I always want to honk at them also but like you I figure it would cause them to wreck, What makes me the maddest is getting behind one that is texting at a red light, they never look up to see if it has turned green at least until 3-4 car horns start going off, the only thing that makes me madder are bicyclists riding in the middle of the road holding up traffic...
