Every time I see someone texting and driving (which is all the time in Birmingham) I always want to lay on the horn, but figure it will cause a wreck. If my wife is driving I'll have the windows down, if someone is texting and their windows are down too I'll scream "STOP TEXTING AND DRIVING". I usually just get cussed out. Try telling them to get off the damn phone and drive. It pisses me off to see these fools think a text is more important than our safety.
