Can't believe I was the first person to post that on a thread this long.
Here's the problem. Many LEO's and GW's will get by with as much as they are allowed to. Call their bluff if they're in the wrong. Call their boss, call the Guvnuh. Call somebody. Bending over and taking it just feeds their powertripping, constitution abusing egos.
