They are registering all the felons they can to vote. Felons can’t vote in Alabama unless they have their rights restored. It is also way past the cut off to register. I think it was just a talking point, he didn’t mean actual felons Say what????? How many kinds of felons are there? Like the counselor said, felons can't vote unless they've had their rights restored. I don't think they hand out rights restoration papers to everyone who walks out the prison gate.
