I tried my hand last night at making General Tso's chicken. I found a bottled sauce at the grocery store that was very tasty. I cut up some boneless skinless chicken thighs into 1 inch cubes and dredged them in corn starch. Then I fried them in the wok in batches. Drained the oil and threw them back in and coated them real well in the sauce. It turned out really well. I was looking forward to the leftovers for lunch today, but my 16 year old son found them when he got home from duck hunting. There was only a bit of white rice left this morning when I went to grab it out of the fridge. slap
