Second, I am sure she would have known who the judge was on her divorce case. It is her hometown, it is not a big city, there were probably only two or three circuit judges for that county back then and she would have certainly known that Roy Moore was one of them.

So I would say the odds are 99% that she did know that Moore was the judge on her case. And if what she claimed in NYC was true then she would have told her divorce lawyer about it and told him to therefore make sure Moore was not the judge on her case.


I agree a normal person would have told the lawyer about it so they could make sure Moore wasn't the judge. But, I can tell you that most of my client's couldn't tell you who the judge in their case until they have appeared in front of them.
