Those metal buildings into homes make so much sense. No termites, no rot. Except for the lumber he used to frame walls and ceilings inside the steel structure. Turned out great. I built out a 300 sq ft apartment in my barn where me, my wife, and 18 month old daughter lived for 9 months to build our house.
