So the drip rail wraps over the top of the trim board that's laid horizontally?
It's an "L" shape with the bottom of the "L" sticking out over the trim and slightly bent down and the vertical part of the "L" nailed to the sheathing and covered by the vertical galvanized corrugated tin.
A picture could have saved me about a thousand words there...
