The place I'm hunting today includes a 4 mile drive thru state land to a locked timber co gate. Was at the gate at 0455. Didn't wanna be second. RAINS coming less than 4hrs after daylight so hoping to get on a bull quick. Since I'm first in here, gonna hang close to gate until light. If peeps come, I'm rolling to the main spot I wanna hint. Just don't want to pass elk to get to elk.
