Man, looks like my mothers! I bet she doesn't use a recipe. My mother had a Tupperware bowl in the frig with flour in it and she just put the ingredients in the bowl and with one hand made a lump of dough. The rest of the flour was put back, dry as a bone. She would kill me with telling you how to cook something. Typical conversation, "mom, how much salt?" Oh you know, enough. Or how long to cook it? Her response, "Until its done". You are right,i haven't watched her do it in years.It's a lost art.
