I'd like to see the DCNR to try and prove somebody planted feed instead of seed wheat. It's simple. They will use the same tried and true methods they use to make sure that nobody kills over 5 turkeys or 3 bucks in a season. And since there has never been an arrest made for violating either regulation, then it's clear that these methods are 100% effective.
All the labor of man is for his mouth, and yet the appetite is not filled.
