1975 or so camper. Air and heat work. No leaks in the living area. A leak back in the bathroom and the floor is soft in that part. Shower was removed. Never hooked up water or appliances so I don't know if they work, but holding tanks look like they are still there. Worked fine as a bunkhouse for me and the kids last season. Located near Thomasville now. 700 cash or make me an offer so I don't have to drag it back home. Tires look OK and I have pulled it around the campsite but not on the road.
